For the writing, it is a habit, and I am browsing the bibliography. I am thinking that I can find a way to write it. I can see the words “Andersen’s Fairy Tales” in my eyes. What is in my heart is suddenly smashed. “Fairy tale, Andersen’s fairy tale…” I silently read it. I don’t understand why I am so obsessed with writing Andersen’s fairy tales, perhaps because these fairy tales are a symbol of childhood, or maybe it has been in memory for too long. Maybe Andersen’s fairy tale is too naive, but is life not a fairy tale?
Like “Little Girl Selling Matches”, the long cold night, the little girl is waiting for a basket of matches alone, no one is pitiful, no one is sympathetic, everyone is just a passerby. But she still has her own beautiful fantasy in her heart, the Christmas tree, the stove, the table full of rice and the grandmother who loves her. She draws the matches in her hands… Life is not full of sunshine and warmth everywhere, cold nights are often Patience, what we need at this time may be just this match in the hands, not forgetting the dream of using it to illuminate hope.
Another example is the “Ugly Duckling”, a white swan born in a duck farm. Because of its ugly appearance, it is different from other chickens, but he is surrounded by dreams, and he has experienced a rough and cold winter. Life is full of comparisons and injustices. We may feel that we are not as good as others, perhaps we feel inferior to make us feel like an ugly duckling. It is so out of place with the people around us, but we should not abandon our dreams and give up on ourselves. Persevere with faith, I believe that one day we will become a beautiful white swan. Because, gold always shines. At the same time, we should not be complacent about ourselves for a little bit of excellence, to ridicule others, because we will never know, under the ordinary appearance of the ugly duckling, what a hot heart.
There is also the “Emperor’s New Clothes”. The emperor hired a liar to satisfy the vanity. The liar also used people’s hypocrisy and self-deception to gain huge profits. For a clothes that did not exist at all, people praised it, and the last child was innocent. The words broke the scam. Life has changed us all the time, and we have gradually lost ourselves on the road of growth and become like people in fairy tales. I hope that we will not lose ourselves, and slowly return to the honest one.
Andersen’s fairy tale is for the children, but people of different ages can get more different life perceptions. Perhaps this is the most important reason why Andersen’s fairy tales can last forever. On the surface, he is writing fairy tales for children. In fact, he is writing memories, writing happiness, and writing life.
Fairytales are good and beautiful, but life is not the same. We always start in the rough, and move forward in the struggle, ending in the beautiful.
